A company is looking for an Expert Consultant - Solution Customer Success Manager for Adobe Workfront.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute success plans aligning Workfront capabilities with client objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews and monitor client adoption metrics to ensure optimal platform utilization
- Provide expert guidance on Workfront solutions, architecture, and best practices for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in client-facing roles
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including configuration and implementation
- Adobe Workfront certification (Professional or Expert level)
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities
- Experience with Value Realization methodologies and client relationship management
