Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in client-facing roles
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including configuration and implementation
  • Adobe Workfront certification (Professional or Expert level)
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities
  • Experience with Value Realization methodologies and client relationship management
