Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager with payroll-related tasks and financial statement preparation
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of Staff and Senior Accountants
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising Staff or Senior Accountants
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and internal controls
• Proven ability to develop financial and operating metrics
• Experience in a private equity portfolio company is preferred
• Demonstrated track record of employee development and team leadership
