Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Manage state and local tax compliance, including sales/use tax and related filings
• Support SEC reporting requirements by providing necessary schedules and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including tax compliance and multi-entity close
• Experience with sales/use tax compliance and reporting
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 and NetSuite
• Experience with SEC reporting support, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations
